356/2-063 gave Porsche it’s first class win in the 1951 Le Mans 24 Hours At the end 1951, Porsche shipped the three 356 SL cars that had raced at Le Mans to its American distributor, Max Hoffman. Hoffman sold #063 to John von Neumann It won at Torrey Pines in July 1951 giving Porsche it’s first win in America.
