Porsche 956 - Chassis No. 956-101
Chassis 101 was the first of the initial batch of customer cars delivered ahead of the 1983 season. It finished third at Le Mans in 1983 behind the ailing Rothmans factory cars. The car would notch half-a-dozen top-six finishes in addition to its Le Mans podium, and also won a round of the German DRM championship on the Diepholtz Airfield Circuit with Franz Konrad. It was subsequently campaigned by the Nova Engineering squal in the All-Japan Sports-Prototype Championship in 1985-86 in FromA colours.
