This info from Sotherby’s but not sure correct as 72006 was the Richard Lloyd car?? There is a reference to the Tom Winters car being VIN: 4159560 WR001-84 1981 - The sixth of only 17 Porsche 924 GTRs constructed, ‘720006’ was delivered new to American Tom Winters. After a crash and resulting fire at Road Atlanta, the car was re-tubbed and subsequently rebuilt. 1982 - IMSA rules were changed to allow a space-frame chassis, and in an effort to keep the car competitive, 720006 was rebuilt around a new space frame, yet all its original GTR mechanical components were transferred over to the new frame. 1986 - Dave Panaccione 1987 - Don Chilsen 1989 - Steve Wellings 2011 - ? - Full rebuild by Reiner Telkamp of Ludwigsburg 2015 - ? - 2018 - Offered for sale by RM Sotherby’s at Monaco with an estimate of €475,000 - €525,000 - Not Sold
